Hey Springfield, welcome to Deja Moo! You have no idea how excited we are to be sharing our vision of the most magical of places where the best of all the yummy worlds have come together for the perfect storm of deliciousness! And no, it’s not another chicken place. That would be Deja Cluck…it would probably be amazing but that’s not the point. Back to the moos…Springfield has a lot of things, but what we don’t have is REAL ICE CREAM! What is better than an ice cream place? An ice cream and coffee place, that’s what.

As longtime Springfield residents with a background in coffee and food services, we are thrilled to bring fun, exceptional customer service, and high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients to our community without the slightest hint of pretentiousness. We wanted to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, can ask questions, try new things, and hang out with their friends and family over the most fabulous, inventive, whimsical, most Instagram-worthy treats we could think of! Hashtag finally.

We are bringing tasty ice cream to Springfield as we pair our homemade waffle cones with Ashby’s Ice Cream and their sea of sublime flavors, handmade and carefully cultivated to please every ice cream connoisseur from fans of vanilla to those with a more adventurous palette with the likes of Tennessee Toffee, and even a little local flair with Marlin Road Pothole. We love you, Marlin Road. Sorry. But you’re holey.
